The SandPuppy Backstrap is an electric heating pad designed for back pain relief. It’s ideal for chronic back pain, spasms and fatigue.
Through variable heat, it soothes aching muscles and opens up your day to more possibilities. The SandPuppy Backstrap provides 3 levels of heat, using a single switch. The maximum temperature on full charge goes up to 68 degrees Celsius. Its sleek and lightweight design means you can fold it and carry it around.

I am a Yoga enthusiast and spend and practice advanced asanas almost every day. A week ago while doing an intense stretch in Trikona asana, I slipped my foot and felt a little pop on my waist. I continued the practice next day like a yoga warrior. On the third day, I was in pain and it was hard for me to sit straight for hours (which my work requires!!). I called my yoga teacher to seek help before calling m physiotherapist this time. Last year I had a similar problem and it flared up too much and my physiotherapist prescribed pain killers and a lot of Electrotense therapy, and stretches etc over 5-6 sittings.
