Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing revenue, addition of geographies and channels. He/she will be responsible for initiating conversations with distribution platforms/channels/partners, present a business case and win favorable deals.
1. Meet the revenue, acquisition and deal pipeline targets 2. Work with the marketing Ops team to ensure smooth onboarding of customers 3. Engage with the customers on an ongoing basis to ensure adequate visibility, adequate stock levels, consistent pricing and ontime deliveries. 4. Follow up for receivables, orders and catalog matching
1. Analytical, has an ability to acquire data and create meaningful insights 2. Persuasive, ability to argue a watertight case for customer acquisition 3. Presentation, ability to engage in a conversation – spoken and written 4. Influence, ability to engage players in the ecosystem to recommend our products
Ideally a management postgraduate with commerce or engineering background
2-3 years of work experience in B2B selling (consumer products companies selling through online platforms), managing a team
1. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (campaigns need review and attention during late evening hours). Daily decisions need to be made on advertising spend and keywords. 2. Work on the deep analysis of previous period data to derive insight and plan new campaigns. 3. Publish weekly and daily reports of the revenue and advertising performance (reports will be from Google, FB, and Amazon)

1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s in any discipline with a strong focus on quantitative skills with 0-2 years* of work experience 2. Prior experience in performance marketing is preferred but not a must. 3. Candidates available for full time (in-office) internship / employment 4. Available for duration of minimum 6 months (in case of interns) 5. Well versed in data analysis on MS excel. Advanced tools for statistical analysis are a bonus. 6. Compensation Range* :
Employee: INR 2.00-4.00 LPA plus incentives
Interns (min 6 months): INR 15000 per month plus incentives (*for 0-2 years experience. For more experienced candidates, this will be revised.)
