1. Wind SandPuppy Zest around the aching joint like a belt and tighten with the velcro to provide a snug fit.

2. Connect one end of the adaptor to Zest and the other end to the plug socket using the cables provided.

3. Long press the switch on the Zest for 5 secs to turn on the device.

4. The switch turns red which is High Mode (70 degrees). Short press switch to get Medium mode (White light- 60 degrees) and once again to get to Low mode (Blue light- 50 degrees)

5. Zest automatically switches to Medium mode after 5 mins as a safety measure. You can adjust the temperature to the desired mode.

6. Once connected, sit back and feel the heat relieve the pain.

7. Long press the switch to turn off the Zest
