Keep the gel pack in the freezer section of the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before use for better results. Ideal first aid, stored in a refrigerator, ensures quick pain relief from any injury and muscle soreness. 

SandPuppy Iceheal comes with a soft fleece fabric pouch to hold the gel pack and a soft elastic holder band so that you can hold it on the affected body part. The outer soft fleece fabric makes it comfortable to use.

Cold therapy, also known as cryotherapy, works by reducing blood flow to a particular area, which can significantly reduce inflammation and swelling that causes pain, especially around a joint or a tendon.
